The International Trade Department is one of the departments of Shandong Defu Law Firm. Experienced lawyers in international trade legal affairs and young assistants with master-degree are included in the working group. We have also luckily retained Mr.Jiang Zuoli, the well-known professor in international economic law of Shandong University, to be our counselor.
We have offices in Beijing and the international port city Qingdao. We have established cooperation relationship with law firms in the United States , the EU countries and some developing countries.
We wholeheartedly serve our clients for their international trade legal affairs. The range of our service includes, but not limit to, the following areas.
- Cooperating with the foreign lawyers, we assist the local companies to deal with the measures of anti-subsidy, anti-dumping, safeguard measures and other measures of trade guarantee instituted by EU, the United States and other foreign countries and areas;
- Deputizing the foreign companies to participate investigations or litigations of anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and other measures of trade guarantee instituted by Chinese Authorities.

- Participating negotiations of foreign investment, international trade and international economic and technology cooperation. Acting as an agent of both local and foreign clients to make company's qualification investigation and project's feasibility demonstration
